Inappropriate service

Service is very horrible. Delivery boy calls the customer on cell and asks him to come half way at crossroads to collect the parcel. Had placed consignment on express mode in definite time period, which was delayed . Reason given was flight delay. The delivery boy further was answering arrogantly saying I will not deliver it today. A very bad experience.
