not delivered my parcel yet , docket no. 58024435943,

Hi Sir, This is to inform you that my parcel is still not delivered to my home address as it was booked on 11th august at gurgaon. When I tracked it, it showed that it was attempting to get to my house but nobody was in the house. I want to say that pls do not update the wrong information in your tracking portal as i was at my house the whole day on 13th august with my family. if i was not there in my house but my wife is there all the time. even I did not get any call from the parcel boy or contact person. Sorry to say, I don't expect such a delay and excuse from the blue dart kind of company. where we pay and deal with the company for urgent requirements .
