Bad, Poor and Irresponsible

Such poor and irresponsible qualifying for the worst service for the customer in the era of free calling and such cheap telecom Blue dart people doesn't even bother to call and ask. So now my parcel airway number 69632338764 is out for delivery on 16.10.2018 same day around 8.00pm i got message that it will be delivered tomorrow, so i wait till 17.10.2018 and in the evening online it is shown that (Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery) how can it be possible i work in an MNC and daily we have courier's to come and go. Now i am so pissed i have not received the parcel till now 18.10.2018 such irresponsible and unprofessional behavior that their people cannot call and ask. So which means working with such company is not worth as you cannot rely on them, it waste of time and money as they don't care about it. There customer care number is busy all the time i have failed to reach out to anyone if this is the situation that something is to be delivered on mere emergency it will not be done so please avoid using blue dart anytime.
