Deliver not done.

Though I and other people were present at the delivery address, no one turned up and gave information in JMD CPC iii that consignee not present at home. In the tracking status its mentioned @ 11:45 am that Item out for Delivery and @ 12:15 pm its mentioned that Consignee not at home. Is your delivery boy "Super Man" that he traveled so fast and even reached office back in half an hour. If he found no one at home, why didn't he call me? The answer is simple your Super Man didn't come to my place. I need an answer to this lie and want my product to be delivered by 12 noon at any cost or else be ready to face legal notice on the above subject. Being a lawyer I don't have any issues in filing a Case of Cheating and fraud against your franchise and I promise you that I will see to it that your franchise is closed forever.
