Very very very very bad service. My tracking ID is 76538762650. I have been waiting for my parcel from 2 days and it's not yet delivered, when i track it says held in their warehouse as my address was not identified. I have been calling the customer care number which always ends up saying busy busy busy....I stay in JP Nagar and my address is accessible by all the courier partners except bluedart, how funny is it. Also i have neither received a call nor someone came near my area to check if the address is correct or not. I need the parcel delivered by Today evening.do it asap.
