Late delivery

Wrong status updated from Soukya road branch

I have been waiting for 3 couriers since last week via Blue dart. When I have tracked, all 3 couriers are just held up in Soukya road branch since last 3 days as Consignee not available. Am very much available over phone as well at home. Status updated wrongly even without trying to deliver the courier, no body had called me over phone as well. None of the phone number including the customer service number is reachable. I have even dropped a mail to customer service, still there is no response. Please understand the pain of customer and request you to be responsible enough in your service. Hope that some serious action will be taken and I will receive all my couriers

Waybill no 35467898093 My credit card was not delivered to me and the status is updated as consignee was not available, which is a complete lie. I was at my home but no courier guy came. Kindly do the needful.

Bank document not received

Dear Sir / Madam My Important document sent by Axis Bank on O2 Nov 2018 till i am not received when i am tracked online showing Consignee's Address Relocatable /Landmark Needed .if you have address problem there is contact number on parcel no body called it is very urgent and important document my way bill no. 35368445781. This is the 4th time my document not from the period of June 2018 to Nov 2018. Every month they says consignee not available or address Relocatable when we track online and after some day it return back to the bank this look like purposely they are doing it due to our address is far from there office so they don't take interest to deliver. Request you to take action on this as many person are face the same issue from soukya road blue dart service Bangalore.

Hey bluedart your service is pathetic, please stop fooling customers if your not interesting to do business you must stop dealing, don't fool customers, From last 25 days you people are fooling me saying that consignee not available, shipment is out for delivery nothing is happening. when I call customer care they people say tomorrow for sure, how tomorrow's I should wait, it's very important documents, If you have little bit common sense. No delivery

My important document from Yes bank is undelivered and it shows status "Consignee Not Available". Which is wrong as i stay with family and 24*7 someone is always there at home. They have neither called me nor came to door step. They seems to be making fool of all their corporate clients and making money without delivering stuffs.

This 2nd or third time, item is not delivered. even they don't call also. very bad courier service. simply they are updated as name of department and extension number is required... It's very urgent shipment from bank... Customer care also not good...they are not at all connecting to concerned personnel... Very bad of this..

Marked the status as customer wanted Future delivery without checking with customer

I have not received any call or update regarding shipment delivery and when checked the status surprised to see it marked as" Customer asked for future delivery". I haven't received any call from delivery person regarding shipment .Please take action against those who is marking wrong updates or else stop accepting shipments if you are not able to make it on time.
