Not received my parcel and the person withiout giving a call stated wrong address

(Your order from The Body Shop with Blue Dart Awb# 59599249183 is undelivered due to address related issues. ) (Delivery of your order from Nykaa with Blue Dart Awb# 79419730364 was unsuccessful. We will reattempt delivery in next 48 hours.) My both the parcel were expected by 18 of Feb. Bt i didn't receive any instead got a message address issues..and there were no phone call to ask about the address...can u tell me when will i receive and what's d issue
