Shocked to know that my courier under way bill no. 44471945114 was not delivered on 10th Dec'16 at 4.30 pm. The reason given is residence closed. In fact no one turned up to my residance as we were very much at home on 10th Dec'16 @4.30pm. This is repeated again as on 6th Dec also the shipment was not delivered for a reason of address incomplete. This is not acceptable from a reputed service provider like Blue dart. Pl. make it sure that I receive my shipment by tomorrow evening in any case.

Very very very bad service

Many time I called on blue dart ofc number all 3 numbers are not pick my call or,it's really very worst service.. we called atlst 30 time but no 1 there to pick my call or give response like is my shipment is ready to deliver cause as I track the shipment it's show its already at nashik road ofc.
