I have an issue but phone is not picked

I got message yesterday that my order is delivered but nothing such has happen. I am calling custmer care, but there is no option that person can talk. The above given contact number is not been picked.

Credit Card Delivery

I have not received my parcel (Credit Card). I am also calling to the customer care no. - 18602331234 , But there is no any response after following an instructions of customer care.I went to the blue dart office pimple gaurav , Pune but they don't listen even a single thing of customer.
