Please improve your service. This is not professionalism.firstly, my Address is easily traceable, If your delivery boy can't able to track address then he should call me for the same. If you people really want to survive then please take it seriously and improve your service

pathetic service

When I have mentioned complete address, blue dart says we need more details. Blue dart has delivered parcels at same address so many times in the past. I checked with security and he said nobody even came to attempt the delivery. And the delivery boy did not even bother to call me. Their working hours are 12:30-6:30pm, however I got to know delivery was attempted at 8. Pathetic service by blue dart. In short, I don't know where my parcel is.

Reg Delivery

In blue dart status of the courier is showing out for delivery since 1130 hrs, but still waiting for the product. I have to waste my 6 hrs to collect the courier. At office no one is picking phone, delivery boy contact no is not available. Pl understand the value of time, totally pathatic for wasting 6 hrs.

Delivery service complains

When I call blue dart says we don't have contact number of either center not the delivery boy. I am waiting from morning, they haven't delivered till 7 Pm. Most pathetic delivery service I have ever seen.You ppl should seriously consider to upgrade service.

first of all , I hate blue dart service, they don't accept the customer calls, I got a message of delivery of parcel in the morning and its eve now, but still didn't get any call from them. you should at least give the number of deliver man,

Sixth class courier service not even third class

One of the very poor courier service. This my serious advice to blue dart instead investing your money on advertising invest on delivery boy. I am waiting for parcel from last days showing status out for delivery. After 2 days it is showing consignee not available. At least provide your delivery boy number so we can talk get the real status of location. -5 star
