My shipment was supposed to be delivered today. When I did nt received any call or sms from blue dart and since the day was passing I contacted the customer care of blue dart. Exective only told me your shipment is out for delivery. As I was leavimg the office in 1 hour I asked her to provide me with the contact number of delivery person, on which she denied then I asked for the contact number of delivery centre where the shipment was sent, on this also she denied rudely and said you have to call on this no. only for any query. I told her that I m nt interested in gossiping with you delivery person and I just want my delivery to happen today that is it. The behaviour of the staff is rediculous over the phone. And service of the blue dart is pathetic.
