Blue dart service is very pathetic and poor. Never got my products and never got a call from the delivery person or by blue dart. No apologizes in return. Extremely worst to trust your products to be delivered on. Companies should not partner with blue dart for their services.

Pathetic service

Blue dart you never call or tried to deliver my Nyka Order single time also and you conclude failed after three attempts. Don’t play around. Why can’t you call or message like other courier partner so that we can call and asked for them.

I don't know where my package is..... I had called Adidas customer care and they told me that my package is in ranipool for two days now and I haven't even got a call them....and they even told me that they tried to deliver my package and called me but I have never got a call. I wonder what they must be doing.

Still not received my Zara parcel

It seems my Zara parcel had already reached ranipool on 16th oct. How come I still haven't got a call for delivery. Does it take more than 3 days to reach from ranipool to gangtok.Triwd calling all the contact num but no response. Waybill no-89871002723 Zara. And expected delivery was supposed to be 15oct. Please look into it urgently. Thankyou
