Worse Service

NO.59615636135, 54732329385 Your delivery staff is not willing to deliver the respective articles to the doorstep of the customers. They are simply give a missed call to the customers for a reference and create a false record as' door locked'. After that they are asked the customers to collect the articles from their collection center. The above ref.no of two articles are not delivered to me till date as the same manner. I am not ready to collect these items from your collection center because these orders are including shipment charges to my door steps. And also these orders are COD basis. So if you deliver these items to my door steps I will pay. Otherwise nothing to happen to me.
