Not yet delivered my product

I'm akheib, just ordered an mivi product before a week in which they had mentioned we will ship your product to your nearby bluedart service and they will deliver your order on the mentioned date but I don't know why they are making such a delay two days past since I didn't received my product on the mentioned date ,but still the website shows like it will delivered on the mentioned date which was two days ago
