Item not delivered

There is an item with Tracking ID/Way Bill No. 69684995564. The tracking shows that it is out for deliver at 11.00 today (24.06.2019). I am waiting for the item entire day and it is not delivered even till 5.20 PM.

No attempt for delivery

AWB No.69698920981. Attempted for delivery on Sunday 18th August at Office address. Returned undelivered with reason "premises closed". No attempt for delivery on 19th August, a working day, though the premises wad open for the entire day. This is the quality of the service of Blue-dart. The item received at Hyderabad on 17th August is still undelivered and lying with Blue-dart COD processing center, Hyderabad. God only knows, when it will be delivered. Worst delivery services

I place my order on 29th November 2019 and got to know that it will reach by 3rd December but the delivery failed because of some issue and they gave the date of 4th December. It's 4th December and 3:38 PM now I still didn't receive my order and not even a single text from the courier services!! This is really very disappointing!
