Dear Sir, This is regarding shipment from VFS, Bangalore. Ref. No: 20181218INHYTRV52897 sent on 28th Dec 2018 I expected a call before the arrival of the courier service. But to my surprise, on 29th Dec 2018, I got a call from Blue-dart (+91 82 91 804925) at 16:31 Hrs regarding the passport, saying that they were at the door. I was outside at that time on some urgent work in Secunderabad and requested him to come later at 18:30 hrs, for which he agreed. My Husband was at home from 17:30 onward and I reached home shortly after that, waiting for the courier person, who did not turn up. I started calling Blue dart (+91 82 91 804925 ) and sent SMS about my availability at home from my mobile (+91 99 48 118495) from 19:10 onward from home (Bhavaninagar), but there is no response. I have made adjustments (Stopped all my outside works) and am waiting at home to receive the Passport. Request you to please let me know when you are going to deliver my passport to me, to enable me to plan other things at home/office/outside. Regards Mangala Mani

The Courier boy didn't even try or attempt call and they have updated the status as not Available

The Courier boy didn't even try or attempt call and they have updated the status as not Available. This is not the first time that i have faced this issue, every time when i get any Courier vai Blue Dart i had to pick up the same from there office. When we try to reach out to Customer Care that says: "Sorry the network is congested". If your are unable to handle the this request you to shut down your service but please don't create a problem for the end users. AWB Number: 3039464304
