Product not delivered. Not able to get contact to schedule delivery

My product was returned as I was not available during delivery. I was never informed about the timings of delivery. Now when I am not able to find any number through which I can schedule the delivery. The customer help desk number provided is not working. The Towli Chowki number which is the branch I should contact for my delivery is not working as well. I don't know what needs to be done next.

Blue Dart Tolichowki people are not giving prior call to customer before the delivery and when requested concern courier boy, wait and give delivery, said can't wait. Requested to kindly give call to customer before delivery.

Hello sir Today morning 01 / 07 / 2022 at 9:30am one person came from blue dart services towlichowki hyderabad branch his name is mr Abdul sattar and collect my passport my and my wife passports for visa stamping documents collect from my above residence not received any call from company after collect documents even not issue any acknowledge when inquire to show ID not shown any I D simply say don't have id kindly enquire and inform me this is a company person or not and also inform me blue dart company received my documents or not. Parcel is not delivered on time..

Hi team blue dart My parcel is supposed to deliver on 29th july,Today (3rd August) at 4 pm your delivery boy called and asked for address and inform that he'll call after some time but not even receiving my call and cancelled my delivery so pls manage to hire right employees at work so that they perform their responsibilities rightly......very disappointed and pathetic behaviour of your employees and services...

78799944510 I haven't received any call and blue dart has taken its own decision to mark status as restricted, not sure what does it mean. I will have to contact Vendor to avoid sending anything through blue dart going forward. very poor service
