Courier had taken money from customer at gaziabad

I sent one parcel from Mumbai to Ghaziabad Tracking no.35517373813 The courier gave a parcel to a customer and taken money from him.... Please give me favorable reply

REGARDING THE DELIVERY

Hello Team, I am Yash Agarwal writing this mail to bring you to notice that I have my courier with shipment no. AWB#32149547732 from Ghaziabad RDC office. The courier guy called me on 21/08/2023 that he is coming I told him to come on tuesday as I am not available today but after that I continuously called that guy name Rahul Sharma for delivery of my card but he always miscommit me that today he will deliver but I didn't get that. After so many calls he gave me his supervisor number 7982244678 he also said that he will deliver that courier soon but still he didn't deliver and today he picked my call and said that my shipment is returned. How he can send my shipment back while I am asking my courier on a daily basis. I want my shipment on priority and need a complaint against Rahul Sharma and his supervisor on priority
