   Very very bad service or waste of time post courier

   hi i name praveen kumar from vaishali Ghaziabad.(Waybill No -43460938566) my Delivery "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" while the Delivery boy did not call me , neither did not reach my Delivery address and i am calling many times last two days Blue Dart customer care but did not solve my problem and says every call today today............

   Hi ... You gus are biggest brand ..but i not accepted late delivery form your side my airway bill no. Is 42587244464. whIch is showing Redirect to New airwaybill & incomplete address. While your delivery boy delivered many shipment on the on my same address D-197 street no. 2 shaheed nagar Gaziababd up 201006 . If they had any problam with address or landmark they could called me or even drop a miss call as well but they didn't.. I am waiting since 19th july for this shipment.. Now i expecting quik revert or delivery form your side...

   Delivery Delayed

   Hi, Blue dart is only the name/ brand name but when we do a comparison for their delivery services they are no where in comparison to DTDC atleast where we are getting the delivery on time. Also no false comments updated like "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" or "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed" I already faced the same issue with Blue Dart earlier also when they are not delivering the documents on time with the above excuses. Also later on they delivered the packets to my address when I asked for a proof for this. Also no contact no. of the delivery location has been provided after a number of requests. Now I need to update my client and organization regarding the same and to decide how to proceed further with Blue Dart business relationship.

   did not get delivery

   Hello, blue dart courier is very poor nowadays,instead negligence is a appropriate word. i have a bank courier which is not delivered yet instead shoeing attempt but premises was closed while our guard is also there and courier agent did not tried to contact me. Today i have locked my 3rd request to Blue dart for tomorrow.. it should be modify their services .Earlier it was the name and reliable but today they gone down due to poor services. Pathetic..ist he returned on 13 july while home was not closed & yesterday AWB NO. IS 35243819623 WAS ALSO FAILED TO BE DELIVERED . WHY COURIER AGENT DID NOT CALL ME UP?

   Currier Not Delivered and updated a fake status on Website

   Hi Blue dart I have a courier pending with you whose waybill number is 40683127332. I checked for the same on your website and found that this courier is intransit as C'N shifted from the given address. Although I have not changed any of my address, while your delivery boy delivered many shipment on my same address. If they had any issue with address or landmark they could called me or even drop a miss call as well but they didn't. WHY COURIER AGENT DID NOT CALL ME UP? Also if possible kindly provide me the contact no of Courier Agent.
