my consignment they are not delivering because they are not able to locate the landmark, but they are not bothered to call and locate the landmark. Even they are not picking this number to reach any resolution.

This is 2nd time my consignment they are not delivering because they are not able to locate the landmark, but they are not bothered to call and locate the landmark. If they will not able to provide service in that area then they have not to accept consignment in that particular area.

WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION TRANS GOMTI NAGAR LUCKNOW HAS BEEN WROTE IN SITE CONSIGNEE IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHERE I WAS PRESENT AND NO KIND OF CONTACT WITH ME ... IT IS VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDE BY THEM.

This is the third time this Gomti Nagar office has not delivered the package and updated the delivery status as"Delivery attempted ,Premises closed" I have observed that if the shipment is prepaid the delivery boys from the trans Gomti office do not bother to deliver the package. The customer care number says "Is waqt yeh sewa uplabdh nahi hai" Who do I take up the matter with...there has to be someone who is accountable for all this mismanagement. I know they won't bother to read this section too. Terrible and absolutely hopeless state of delivery.
