Complaint against delivery boy

Dear Sir, My parcel bearing # 69641832363 was claimed to be undelivered as the Consignee was not there. This is totally false as no one came to my house E/1401, Uttorayon, Siliguri to deliver any parcel at given time 12.45 pm on 23/11/2018. This is second time that such comment was given for nondelivery & last time my parcel (passport) was returned. The delivery boy did not come to my house yesterday as Myself & all my fsmily members were there in house. This guy is lair & should be fired from service. This creates inconvenience & yr co’s reputation will be lost. Also yr company’s team at Matigara should also take care of such misdeeds. Not received my item

Sir, Through tracking vide Waybil no-36236719061, pick up date at source-26 Apr 19, I came to know that my item is available in Bagdogra but I didn't get any call for delivery. I think this is a very wrong practice of franchise/delivery boy who are neither making a call nor delivering the item in time.I hope you can understand my feelings and if yes then do the needful to resolve this issue on priority. Thanks.

Delivery issue

I have been waiting for my package from blue dart Siliguri. So far no one delivered or called or came to my address to deliver. The status on blue dart shows unlocated landmark. Your customer service number is always busy and there is no one to contact to understand where is the package. I need someone to contact me or give me the phone number of the blue dart retailer who has the package. The package has very important documents and I need them asap .. my contact number was already mentioned in the package.

Delivery issue

I m not getting my products. I received msg on 25th n on 29th may that products will be delivered but after getting this msg still I did not receive my products. Neither they called nor sent a single msg for late delivery. The status is showing on blue dart undelivered shipmemt held at location. I m very much upset for this service. My way bill no is 80177955712. Plz make delivery as soon as possible
