   Worst Service by Blue dart. My consignment has with Waybill No : 69517990581 has reached Hooghly on 27/8/2016 and since then it is under status "Shipment Out For Delivery" for the last 4 days! No delivery made! Every time I contact the toll free number – 1860 233 1234, automatic message says "Your parcel will delivered by EOD Today"!! But that 'Today' never comes. And most importantly the toll free number is not free at all! I saw call charges deducted at the end of the call!! All lies. My parcel contains important medicines. If I do not receive it by today I would cancel the order and return the package. Will never use Blue dart again. It sucks!

   Since I was out of India on 25th & 26th October 2016, You failed to contact me on 8100967712. However, after my return on 27th Oct., 16, I communicated with Bluedart customer care. I was sent a mail on 28th Oct., 16 & was assured the delivery just after the "Dewali". However, there had been no communication from your end. I therefore, request you to kindly expedite the delivery process.
