Waiting for delivery

I made a chq book requisition to Axis bank few days ago. Bank already despatched the same. It arrived in Kolkata on Saturday. Jetex parcel came to the address given on Monday and returned as no one was there to receive the delivery. I went to their office on Monday and asked to give me the delivery. But as it was bank document jetex parcel denied the same. They told me to wait for tomorrow between 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the delivery. I have waited for 3 hours at a stretch but no one arrived yet. I have a job and I cannot take leave frequently to receive a delivery but that cheque book is equally important to me. This Jetex Parcel has no proper phone number to make contact. What should I do now? I request you to make sure this delivery happens properly and delivery person should make a phone call as to know if anyone is there to receive the same. Axis Bank and Blue Dart has my phone number.

horrible service

This particular courier @ bhawanipur, or so to say any Bludart office is famous for registering wrong numbers and if at all the nuber rings they are equally good in not receiving them.. SABKA HAATH BUT NO VIKAAS... atleast in KOLKATA...SORRY CANNOT GIVE ANY RATING

Please deliver my things before 4pm today/ after 2pm till 6.30 pm tomorrow/ anytime upto 6pm on friday, as because we are both working people and there is none to receive from your end except the security guard of the building. If it is possible you can give it to security guard and make a call to me....I have tried to reach you from the numbers given but nobody received that from your end.

wrongly delivered tracking no. 15376874881

As per blue dart system showing tracking no. 15376874881 is already delivered on 14th of this month but till date i have not received the parcel righter the person mentioned in the system is non to me. Please look into the matter as it contains very urgent documents.

Shipping not delivered

My way bill no 35123253793 was not delivered. It was reported that they did not find the address.My question is why didn't they call me having my pH no on consignment. I got my Aadhar card and pan at that s address.I tried to contact the bhowanipur hub but no one is picking the phone.

My AWB No is 69051782052, and the delivery was attempted on Saturday but unfortunately, I was not able to receive the same. I am trying to reach on the contact number but all your number are ringing. And even your delivery boy is not receiving the call

Worst and Pathetic Service

Bhawanipur Blue-dart Office(Delivery Point) must be blacklisted by the Head Office as it is against your reputation. They will "Cut the telephone line" just after receiving your call, even without hearing your question. Pathetic Service
