Really a bad excuse by the service person

The shipment is stuck for 2 days saying "Need Department Name/Extension Number" . Don't you get the money for placing a call to the required receiver ??? Stop finding a point for saving your piece of work . Because of some people like you, the whole company's impression is ruined.

Unprofessional attitude

Guys, atleast call the customer in case you have issues with delivery. This is the second time my shipment isn't delivered and you guys are least bother to at least call. If this is how you serve your customers, I wonder how long you would stay in business.

False Status Update

I had been waiting for my shipment till 08:00 PM on 15.9.2017. The office was also open. No one turned up to deliver but you updated the status with "Consignee was not present". Absolute lie. You did not deliver today, i.e., 16.9.2017 saying its a holiday. Are you closed on Saturdays too !! We are open and I had been waiting for the shipment. Though you have my phone number, you never bothered to check with me on phone. Pathetic service.

If they cant locate the house make a call..i will give 2 rs for the outgoing call...they don't bother to call and the number which is given for Rajharhat bluedart they don't even pick up the call..

False Status Update.

This guys are cheating. Without calling you ,they will update that they need landmark(Where my every other other get delivered with the same address). Please do the work for which you take money.I will make a complaint against these guys.

Very unprofessional

Very disappointed & frustrated.It almost 20 days past still I have not received my courier. They are giving only excuses not to provided extension number or department code.Very poor service.

False Status Update

I supposed to get my delivery on 11th Oct. However they have updated as "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". If any Blue dart agent arrived at the delivery location then he or she has to call a customer in order to inform, so that the customer makes aware and can collect his or her delivery. I think Blue Dart needs to look into his Raharhat service center as if they don't want to deliver any item to the customer then why that branch needs to open. That branch needs an immediate shutdown.
