harrassment by courier saying no location found.

if that is the case why dont someone call me and ask me for location. for no reason i am waiting at my home for last two days .. but no courier came.. track showing location not found. its obvious you should call and ask for location before leaving from your office with the consignment. contact 9434059716 and awb no- 33908904724

My address 9/1A/1, Kalitara Bose Lane,P.O:Beliaghata,Kolkata-700 010 is not within the Containment zone. So,it is not clear to me why my consignment from Pune has not been delivered to me although it has reached Kolkata Airport on 11th June,2020. As it is an important Consignment related to mu Service carrier, this may be delivered to me asap.With thanks.
