Worst courier
Very bad service! I was tracking my order via your DTDC courier it showed it's out for delivery but I didn't receive any call from their office which is located at Merces, Santacruz Goa..When I went there one man I asked him showing the Tracking no who instantly said that the person couldn't locate the address so I asked to hand the parcel to me so he said it's with the courier guy it was around 6.30pm. He said will send the person and asked for landmark and to tell from the DTDC office to my house it's less than 3kms but the courier guy didn't turn up so I went to collect the parcel....whom so ever is operating the DTDC office here is not capable of doing a good job.
