   Pathetic

   Pathetic unprofessional service. Not bothered about the customers. My parcel reached panaji office on 10, August 2019 but till 21 August they not delivered nor notified me. And when complained to their head office panaji office called me to their office in panaji to collect the parcel. Worst courier.

   Worst service delivery

   I ordered medicine for urgent need. My parcel reached Goa around 15 days ago but till date DTDC not deliver me. Twice I received SMS that my parcel is OUT FOR DELIVERY but till date i not received my parcel/ Medicine. Twice i registered complain against non delivery of medicine. But there is no response.    Bad service

   On 3rd April in the morning I called the office. Landline number does not exist. Mobiloe no. one lady replied and said it is out for delivery. Till 4.00 p.m. parcel not received so i called. Phone not lifted and later was switched off. Again today till 12.00 noon did not receive the parcel. Phone call not received. I have sent my person. Now let us see. Pathetic service. Staff does not seem to be bothered.

    Dtdc panaji merces branch is worst unprofessional staff manager has a bad attitude.if your service is not available in mapusa camurlim thn why u guys took a delivery from Nagpur.u should call me na before you are returning may parcel for two days my parcel was in panaji thn y u dint call me my delivery address was in mapusa camurlim thn why u dint send it to mapusa branch very unprofessional courier service not recommended
