Worst DTDC service
I have sent the parcel to one of my customer, to her address choppadandi.. When I tracked, islt showed out for delivery but they didn't delivered to customer, not even called to the customer about the parcel and DTDC sent the parcel return.. and again 2nd time , I have sent the parcel, now again I tracked,it showed out for delivery. Then immediately I informed to customer, to go and collect.. my customer called to DTDC , and said don't send return the parcel again, we will come and collect.. she went to collect the parcel, DTDC said we returned the parcel.. they didn't called to customer, but 2 times returned the parcel. From 3 yrs I'm doing business, this is the 1st time I have seen such a worst service.. it's better to prefer other courier service rather than DTDC..
