Irresponsible delivery boy for boniyar

The delivery boy for boniyar didn't come to my place which I had mentioned where all other courier boys come normally ie Tourism Cafeteria Boniyar instead he went on his own to Higher Secondary Boniyar and um amazed by the audacity of him asking me to come there and receive my product. This is unacceptable and highly irresponsible from Ecom Service
