Delivery revoked without contacting/ Total loss of integrity and trust

My delivery is revoked without intimation, worst customer experience ever, I am totally disappointed by the service. Delivery not done on time and wrong info

My delivery has been reverted back without intimation I have been waiting for it the whole day. It's very urgent can someone please look into it If further delayed I will be taking legal actions for sure
