   V.v bad service

   Our company Shoobh International Corporation got an order of sweater Order Number 66948414708. The E-com express delivery boy was supposed to pick up the parcel on 1st Dec our order is lying ready since 29th Nov but no one came to pick it up. later the order got cancelled and now we have been penalized by meesho Rs.120 for late delivery we request you to reimburse the amount we even have raised the tickets several times that the delivery boy has not come to pick up the order but the instead wrote in support that our order is not ready im really disappointed with the services of e-com express. I want that the delivery boy should be penalized with the same amount so he learns a lesson.
