I never see that disgusting service in any other courier service in my life.... Try to convey the delay for delivery next time to anyone else...

General Manager

One of the worst services I have seen in my entire life they have no manners and don't know how to treat or speak with the customers. I dont know the guys name who called me but on true caller it shows bablu bablu. he didn't call me or send me a notification message to inform me that the parcel will be delivered wjen he called I informed him i was in the hospital he was very rough and cut the phone and till now its been a week and have not received my shipment. And my customer has informed me that they are going to cancel the order because of this kind of service. The management has to take action on this according to me xpress bee courier service is best they have delivered 33 parcel this week and all my customers are happy. I need my parcel to be delivered or action will be taken on your delivery members and staff.
