Package Lost

My package Lost in gawahati which was Transit from mumbai consignment no M62606579 please check in office and trasit to Assam Tinsukia as soon as possible . My pakage delivery date was 17-02-18 sent on 15-02-18

Pan card

PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL vide consignment no. B903Z7067232 which was received by First Flight Courier HUB, Birubari Guwahati on 18th August 2018 but today (21-8-2018) I visited their FF Hub office, Birubari and they could not provide me with the card. They told me it was sorting problem. So, who is responsible for this,First Flight Courier Ltd. or NSDL? Please let me know.
