EVEN AFTER 4 DAYS OF CONSIGNMENT RECEIPT AT LOCAL OFFICE AT RAJA BAZAR BRANCH FOR DELIVERY, CONSIGNMENT NOT DELIVERED. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NO SENSE OF OWNERSHIP WITH YOUR BRANCH AT PATNA. MAY RATING IS ZERO...... I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE TO GO WITH FIRST FLIGHT.
