   Only a letter had to be delivered

   My courier is not yet delivered at kachi chawni jammu.They are very unprofessional.This is second time it is happening,last time i had sent to Kochi,Kerala.Can't they just deny at the time of booking why to harrass people . After 7 to 10 days of no action they have this habit of telling" we don't provide service" in that area.Is it not their responsibility to atleast be aware at first place when they are booking the courier.Very unprofessional to say the least.

   My courier has not been delivered i had not seen this much of bad service in my life worst courier ever. Booked on 16 th of March 2018 yet not received at my residence service should feel shy,i will now onward go for other courier.
