Undelivered Courier bill no.B903Z1534705

I haven't receive my courier Bill no. B903Z1534705 yet. However it's status showing that it has been already out for delivery on 7th Oct.2017. I also reached metioned Post office Simdega but they denied for the same. Please let me know how soon can I receive courier sent through first flight.

Hi Dear, You received my parcel on 17th September 2018 And yet 2nd October 2018 I didn't receive my parcel even your number is fake) why guys doing like this I tried to contact you million times but no use. Now I'm harassed because of you,.... I've my flight on 5th October,....what to do???? Very worst service ever!!!
