Highly Irresponsible

Hi Team, This is the worst service I have ever received from Nagawara First Flight courier branch, how rudely Mr Zabeulla speaks from Nagawara, I have contacted him and spoke to him to deliver pan-card, but he speak so rudely to come and take pan card from his branch or else we will resend Pan-card to the branch, no one contacted me from courier, he says his deliver boy called me, if I ask him to send screenshot of the list, he says you come and see the mobile in our branch. @ Mr Zabiulla, is this the service you give to your customer? Doesn't I have any work to come to your branch and collect? why courier service is there-to deliver customer product safely to their address, please don't play with the customer documents. This is not the service people expect from you.
