Complain Regarding my package delivery B903Z1550300

dear firstflight, This is very disappointing and disgusting behaviour that been showed by firstflight kanpur HUB delivery center. There was my package to deliver "B903Z1550300" to unnao. As i come to know that you can not deliver to unnao hence you have to follow courier norms to inform receiver regarding delivery inability by means of telephone or SMS service. also you can call receiver to come and collect package from your office since it is out of delivery range to firstflight. There was no communication or intimation has been initiated from your office so i was un-informed about my package and after 7 days keeping in your office you have returned package to it's origin destination. I am very disappointed and sad for this unethical and non-professional behaviour which is against to norms of courier service. This is to inform you that i am going to take action legally and other possible means for such kind of conduct in consumer court and i am writing to ministry of Communications & Information technology, Dept of Post, association of commerce and UP state legislation for such kind of unethical Business conduct from your company.
