I sent 1 Document by First flight Courier from Chennai on 3rd February'2017.Parcel No C991B2178268. but online showing the Document arrived at CAA Kasba on 6th Feb'2017. till toady it is not delivery to the Customer address.i don't know why its staying at CAA Kasba untill today? Package not delivered
I was sent a package from an institute in Pune. It was delivered to your Centre at Rajdanga Main Road but has not been delivered yet. It arrived a week ago and you still did not think of contacting the delivery address. I tried contacting you but one number is switched off and the other one keeps on ringing! Not yet recieved my parcel
My university sent me study meterials on 10th march 2017 by first flight. When i am tracking the parcel its showing in kasba branch since 18th march 2017 but it is not yet delivered till now!!! Its really important for me. Please look into tue matter asap. I have called u but numbers r not working.
document missing
J.k tyre has sent a document by first flight, consignment no. D991Z6013465 on 11th of April. it reached Kasba office on 13th but till date I have not received the same. I tried to contact customer care but the phone is switched off. The consignor is also at loss about the fate of the consignment. May I know how I can get the same?
Courier not delivered and withheld at CAA Kasba Branch without any notice (E991B1700329)
Courier # E991B1700329 shows to be withheld at CAA KAsba Branch Kolkata since 13th May 2017. This package was and inter city transmit that is within Kolkata itself. There has been no update provided to the sender or the receiver. None of the Kasba phone numbers are functioning.

Courier not delivered
My package was lying in this office for a month(checked on online tracking portal) and no one was delivering it. After many attempts of trying to contact First flight customer care via email, phone, social media etc and them not responding EVEN ONCE, I sent someone to the address mentioned above and thankfully I got my courier. Their response was , " We can't deliver because we do not have any delivery people". This is the most outrageous excuse that can be given by a courier company. This has to be the most incompetent company you can deal with as a customer. They have zero customer support.

I sent one important document from Indore on 29th July with track no P991M0335607. You took so much money for that but till now it didnt reach the destination. Very very unhappy and shocked with your service.
Package not received
This is the second time I am seeing a package arriving in CAA Kasba but not being delivered. I think this is high time the company should start providing better service at a basic level.
Erratic delay in delivery.
I had booked a parcel to Kolkata from Barmer having Consignment number "R991Q0976148" on 21st Dec'2017. Though i was given an impression of delivery withing 4 days i.e, by 26th Dec it is very sorry to mention that till date and time the parcel is not delivered. I shall never depend on First flight henceforth. More pitiest thing the CAA, KASBA are not maintaining a valid number where calls can be made. All fake advertisement through internet.
Undelivered courier
I sent one courier from Bhagalpur City on 21.02.2018.but till date it is not delivered to destination address : Mayfair bliss, 1867, block B, Flat 201, Nayabad, new Garia, kol-94. When I checked through online it is showing that since 26.02.2018 courier lying with caa kasba branch. I an here unable to understand that why further no any movement of my courier.
