D/sir, Sorry to inform one doct. of medicalaim fr United India was sent thru your courier on.Direction of my residence was taken for delivery,but nobody came.Then today I somehow got the address of courier office at Umsashun at police bazaar the incharge that it was returned ( as per Co rule within 72 hrs Neither they came nor I was informed to collect the same..... wonderful!! What kind of a courier service is this ?Can anyone fr your Co explain this ? Can I expect to get a response in this regard ! Regards A k Misra Shillong
