Regarding complaint

I didn't receive my order from last 1 month and no one response property Fristly they return my order to Delhi and still I don't receive my order till now my experience with this company as a customer is very bad. I told them my product is costly and they don't care about it may be they are illetrate and I will never recommended this company , they are a big zero.................
