   I send my parcel from Noida to Kerala and when I tried to track it with docket no 527217960 it shown the receiver refused to receive the item because of payment issue.Till this time I didn't get any calls regarding the payment. From the beginning the experience was really bad. The dealer never mentioned the correct amount and the hidden charges were more . Along with that the items were not delivered properly. When I tried to call the customer care I couldn't make it. Really bad experience.
