   Very Unprofessional

   This so called "The Professional Couriers" are very disgusting. You guys have charged us for airways and you made promise that my consignment will reach Dimapur within 3 days period. Since 18 my consignment is stuck in Guwahati and you have no courtesy to send it to Dimapur?? This is so unprofessional, when you have charged for airways the work should be also done in that way. Guwahati to Dimapur flights are available and if not trains are available too. Have some Professionalism.
