We have booked one parcel having tracking no KUR 607560178 dt.14th July, 2021 for Bhagalpur ,Bihar from kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. As per tracking it is showing holding at Bhagalpur since 19th July and not delivered till 23rd July, 2021. Why it is holding since last four days and when it will be delivered. Worst courier service ever seen or heard. Had sent a parcel to pune from Bhagalapur on 14/01/23 bearing tracking number BHR50101456 but till date neither it is delivered nor trackable on it's website. Even the local office bearers are answering any call. Very sad.

We have booked one parcel having tracking no VPI608417 dt.26th dec, 2023 for Bhagalpur ,Bihar from Vapi, Gujrat As per tracking it is showing holding at Bhagalpur since 2nd January and not delivered till 5th January 2024 ,Why it is holding since last three days and when it will be delivered.
