   unhappy service

   There was a health insurance policy which was sent from the concerned department to my home address in Hospet -583211, karnataka. However, once the document has arrived the office they had called me and i informed to deliver them to my home which is around 1 km from the office. The boy who called me informed that they do not have service home delivery But, the boy told you will come and collect the document. the boy is argument with me .
