   Cheating and irresponsible

   I had a parcel that weight up to 1.5 kg only that have to send to Whangarei (Newzealand). I spoke clearly to the parcel receiver about all details including door delivery and they said their charge, paid them Rs4000/- (no other hidden charges other than customs duty)for my parcel. After 4 days I got a call from Chennai office that I have to give Rs3200/- more for door delivery. I don’t how these peoples can cheat public like this . Note : For sending 1.5kg parcel total I have to give Rs7200/- . Pls public don’t get cheated pls use other courier services thats better.
