   Irresponsible employe

   Negamam area courier too late & pollachi office employee was very irresponsible ..way of talking is nt satisfied ..big parcel means customer go and collect the parcel in office ..collection agent is nt taken the big parcel..so pls consider the customer Complaints

   Complaint regarding delivery

   Hi, I have register my complaint regarding delivering my parcel to my area Vadakkipalayam, courier was too late & pollachi office delievery employee was very irresponsible. He said to go and collect the parcel in office. Also it's way of interacting with me is very irritating and irresponsible.Its happen for me multiple times. Its take me to very so depressed and angry. Please register my complaint and take severe actions. Thanks, Saravanakumar

   Pollachi branch staff stole my dress parcel

   I asking past 7 month for my parcel missing. Staff are not responding. Tracking Id show like it was delivered with sign I ask the courier receipt challan. They stole my parcel and signed my name theirself. And i said this is wrong spelling of my name and i ask them who did this. they said this is not our problem. Worst service and staff are irresponsible. Please consider my query

   Very poor service the employees will never act with courtesy no delivery of parcel even within the city we have to go and collect the parcel even if we go the employees are very irresponsible to deliver it

   Worst servicing

   I have ordered a product and it was in courier office for more than 5 days. Till now they are not delivering the parcel. Most of the time they call us and ask us to collect in the office. Very worst service

   DELIVERY IS TOO LATE

   I SEND PARCEL TO POLLACHI AT 31 MAY 2023 . PARCEL NOT DELIVERED TILL ( JUN 2) VERY WORST SERVICE . I CALL MOST OF TIME THEY NOT RESPOND .
