   Worst Service. No body answer the phone calls and Very Very Very rude.

   Very disappointed. I called them no body picks the call. First it was switched off then later someone answered after trying so many times. Then a female representative answered on 8448097651. I asked that my courier is in hub i want to know the status exact she said i am not the concern person, so she provided Sunil number 8448085140 No response tries so many times. Then i again called that lady to check because its urgent. she said i am not concern so i asked if i can send someone and get it picked. She was so rude. i asked what's the office hours she was answering gurgaon, again asked then she was kya bol rahe ho so rudely i said i am asking office time kya hai then she like yelling at me 10-6. But if the office timings are 10-6 then why courier concerns are not picking up the calls???

    Pathetic service. ZERO rating to Trackon.

    Courier not received till date. Online tracking shows office door closed. Person / Place shifted. Firstly it was a residential address, 2nd there is no entering in our society security registered from Trackon person. They simply lie. My request to all please avoid using Trackon courier service.
