Bad behavior of staff
Hi team, This is Hanif I was checking my tracking ID in your sanpada hub branch one of lady associate she receive my call I don’t know what was her problem or issue she has talked to me in such a bad manner & directly cut my phn & on next call the phn was switch this is my 1st time where I’m facing such kind of issue and it’s my 1st & last time to get something from trackon courier service it’s pathetic. I’m calling again & again but that mad lady is not receiving my call. Very bad experience with this kind of courier service. My tracking ID number :- 1402464673 My contact number :- 8286622124 from which I have called. Lady contact number :- 95949 73062 to whom I spoke. Very rude/arrogant while providing information at Sanpada Hub
When called on 9594973062, madam received the call and was very rude and arrogant thought the communication. We were requiring material urgently and hence called, but till end of discussion behavior hasn't changed.
