   Irresponsible behaviour

   Yesterday in the evening at around 5:10 pm I got a call from Trackon courier services. The concerned person did not want to do home delivery of the package since I live in the Army Cantt Area he had all possible excuses as to why he couldn't come to do door step delivery. I don't know why such irresponsible people are employed with the company who bring down the reputation of the company too. Till today I haven't received the package. I want strong action to be taken against the particular person who was on duty at 5:10 pm yesterday ( 28thoct 20).
